Eligibility for Refund
- Refund requests are only eligible on the same date the license is generated or purchased.
- If a refund request is made within the same calendar date, the customer will receive an 80% refund of the total paid amount.
- The remaining 20% is non-refundable and is deducted as processing, service, and licensing fees.
Non-Refundable Conditions
- No refund will be provided if the refund request is made after the purchase date has passed, even if it is within 24 hours.
- Once the purchase date changes, the license is considered fully used and non-refundable.
- Refunds are not applicable for:
- Change of mind after the eligible date
- Incompatibility with third-party software or systems
- Failure to understand the product features before purchase
- Violation of our Terms of Service
Refund Process
- To request a refund, you must contact us on the same date of purchase.
- Refund requests must include:
- Order ID
- Registered email address
- Reason for refund
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
License Deactivation
- Upon successful refund approval, the issued license will be immediately revoked and permanently disabled.
- Continued use of the product after a refund is strictly prohibited.
